Begin with the world-famous Statue of Unity at Kevadia, continue through coastal Gujarat, explore the last natural home of Asiatic lions at Gir National Park, and visit the sacred temples of Somnath and Dwarka. Along the way, discover historic towns, peaceful temples, colonial landmarks, and vibrant local traditions while travelling comfortably with a private vehicle and experienced driver.
Pickup is available from Ahmedabad Airport, railway station, hotel, or any preferred location within Ahmedabad City. Travellers should provide pickup details at the time of booking for smooth coordination.
On arrival at Ahmedabad Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and proceed to Kevadia. Upon arrival, visit the magnificent Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, India’s first Deputy Prime Minister and a key leader in uniting the nation after independence. Standing at a height of 182 metres on the banks of the Narmada River, the statue is one of Gujarat’s most visited attractions.
Explore the surrounding complex and enjoy views of the Sardar Sarovar Dam and nearby landscapes. In the evening, enjoy the impressive Light & Sound Show at the Statue of Unity complex. Note: The Statue of Unity remains closed every Monday. Overnight stay at Kevadia. Please note that hotel check-in is available after 2:00 PM.
After breakfast, drive towards Koliyak and visit the sacred Nishkalank Mahadev Temple, located in the Arabian Sea. The visit depends on the low tide schedule, as the temple becomes accessible only during low tide. Later continue your journey to Bhavnagar, an important historical city of Gujarat. Overnight stay in Bhavnagar.
After breakfast, drive to Gir National Park, the only natural habitat of the Asiatic lion in the world. Gir Forest is home not only to lions but also to leopards, deer, antelopes, hyenas, jackals, wild boars, langurs, and many species of birds, including flamingos and eagles. The sanctuary offers a unique wildlife experience surrounded by dry forests and natural landscapes. Enjoy a Jeep safari at Gir National Park (subject to availability and forest regulations). Note: The park remains closed from 15 June to 15 October. Devalia Safari Park can be visited during this period. Overnight stay at Sasangir.
After breakfast, drive to Somnath. En route, visit Bhalka Tirth, believed to be the place where Lord Krishna left his earthly form, followed by a visit to the sacred Triveni Sangam.
Later, visit the famous Somnath Temple, one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, beautifully located beside the Arabian Sea. Attend the evening Aarti Darshan and enjoy the sound & light show at the temple complex. Overnight stay at Somnath.
After breakfast, drive towards Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Visit Kirti Mandir, the ancestral home and birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, along with the Gandhi Museum and related memorial areas.
Also visit the famous Sudama Temple, dedicated to Sudama, the close friend of Lord Krishna.
Later continue your drive to Dwarka and visit the sacred Dwarkadhish Temple, one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites dedicated to Lord Krishna. Attend the evening Aarti Darshan at the temple. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
Attend the early morning Aarti at Dwarkadhish Temple. After breakfast, proceed to local sightseeing.
Visit Bet Dwarka, a sacred island believed to be the residence of Lord Krishna. The island is reached by a short boat ride from Okha and is an important pilgrimage destination.
Continue to Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, known for its peaceful surroundings and giant Shiva statue.
Later visit the Rukmini Devi Temple, dedicated to Goddess Rukmini and known for its beautiful carvings and mythological significance. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
After breakfast, drive towards Ahmedabad. En route, visit the famous Bala Hanuman Temple in Jamnagar, well known for its continuous chanting of “Jai Ram Shri Ram” since 1964 and recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records. Later, continue driving to Ahmedabad. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Visit Akshardham Temple, a magnificent temple dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan, known for its impressive architecture, peaceful gardens, and spiritual atmosphere.
Later, explore Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, famous for its beautiful stone lattice carvings, especially the iconic Tree of Life design.
Continue to Hutheesing Jain Temple, a beautifully carved white marble Jain temple known for its elegant architecture.
Visit Sabarmati Ashram, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi and an important place connected to India’s freedom movement.
Later, drive to Adalaj Stepwell, a historic stepwell admired for its intricate carvings and unique architectural design. After sightseeing, return to the hotel. Note: Akshardham Temple remains closed on Mondays. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.
