Pre-Trip Arrangement-Travelers must inform us immediately of any changes to the flight number or schedule, including delays, cancellations, or rescheduled flights.-One day before the service, travelers should receive a WhatsApp or WeChat message from the driver.-If you do not receive this message, please contact our customer support immediately to avoid any missed bookings.
3. Arrival and Pick-Up (Airport → Hotel)-The driver monitors flight status in real time to ensure timely pick-up.-No signboard will be used at the airport.-The driver will contact travelers directly via WhatsApp or WeChat upon landing to coordinate the meeting point.-Paging service is subject to additional charges-Base price covers transfers only within the Georgetown area.-Additional surcharges apply for destinations outside Georgetown, including Tanjung Bungah, Tanjung Tokong, Batu Ferringhi, Balik Pulau, Teluk Bahang, or the mainland.

What to expect

Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the Exit Gate at the Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point. Additional Note :It is best to look for your airport representative at the Exit Gate at paging area. This service is arranged according to your arrival schedule. Important note: our driver will wait at the airport for a maximum of 30 minutes. Travelers must coordinate with the driver before Departure. Without prior communication, the driver will not wait longer. Traveler share your phone or WhatsApp number for smooth coordination. One suitcase and one carry-on bag allowed per passenger. This transfer is not wheelchair accessible. Depending upon availability, the vehicle provided for the service may not be exactly as depicted in the photo.
