Ready for the Experice ? Just a couple of reminders, the experience will take place at my apartment. The address is Liverpool 61 in Juarez, I'll be wait for you at the entrance of the building so we can meet all and get in together. See you soon.
What to expect
At the same time you'll learn about the history of this dish and will prepare them several different ways - including tamales, oaxaqueños and Mexico City style.
While preparing the various tamales, we will enjoy a drink or two: your choice of craft beer or Mexican wine. Once the cooking process is complete, we will sit down together, relax, and enjoy the fruits of our labour !
If you are interested in a different time and date just let me know, happy to accommodate deferents requests.
