We try 24 different flavors during this tour.
We'll start at Panama City's bustling seafood market, where fresh red snapper, corvina, and lobster from both oceans are on display. After exploring, we’ll enjoy two types of fresh ceviche. Next, we head to San Felipe Neri Market—a hidden gem full of local life—for natural juices and traditional sweets.
From there, we walk through Avenida Central, the cultural core of Panama, where we taste a classic mamallena at a beloved neighborhood bakery. At the iconic Café Coca-Cola, a UNESCO-recognized building, we enjoy a bowl of hearty sancocho.
The final stretch takes us into El Chorrillo, where we taste torrejitas de bacalao, coconut rice with escabeche fish, and a rich seafood stew. We finish the tour with rum, salsa music, and community football at Plaza Amador—living the city as only locals do.
We’ll all meet at the entrance of the fish market, right under the main sign.
We end up the tour where we pick up the bikes
Inside the fish market, we’ll see the catch of the day — Atlantic and Pacific lobsters, as well as a variety of other sea creatures.
San Felipe Neri Market will connect us with the best natural juices in the city. We’ll also get to taste one of the best fish fillets in the area.
Café Coca Cola is where we’ll taste the best soup in Casco Viejo.
Plaza Amador will give us the chance to try two local food stands offering top-quality dishes with incredible flavor. El sabor del barrio mas autentico de la ciudad lo podemos encontrar aca.
