They'll learn how to make two types of gluten-free pasta from scratch—the original Fettuccine Alfredo made with eggs and gluten-free flour, and traditional trofie pasta with homemade pesto, ground fresh in a mortar. Finally, they'll create a full gluten-free tiramisù, entirely from scratch.
