Come spend the day playing in nature with me, let me take you on an intimate tour to the perfect places to reflect on your communication with your body, mind and spirit.

**FROM mid October to Early Jan we go to Brackendale which becomes home to over 1300 Wintering Bald Eagles**

We enjoy Forest Bathing at Lighthouse Park among the 500 year old ancient giants(70 m tall Douglas firs and western red cedars) . My intimate knowledge of this forest, allows me to guide participants to feel more peaceful and connected, more grounded and settled.

Then of to Whytecliff park where we can enjoy beachcombing the majestic rocky coastline in the first marine protected area in Canada,

Then time for lunch at Porteau Cove Provincial park where I provide a locally sourced healthy packed lunch with Chai tea.

Next stop is Shannon Falls which rises 335 meters above Highways 99, making it the third highest falls in the province.

    I will guide guests in Forest Bathing as walk among the 500 year old ancient giants(70 m tall Douglas firs and western red cedars) . We make our way through the park enjoying the coastal arbutus trees and ocean vistas of Howe Sound to the west and then the Vancouver city vistas across Burrard inlet to the east. My intimate knowledge of this forest, allows me to guide participants to feel more peaceful and connected, more grounded and settled.

    At Whytecliff park we enjoy the stunning Vistas of Howe Sound and coastal Islands, we will then make our way down to the beach for some beach combing in the first marine protected area in Canada. Chances are will encounter some harbour seals and other wildlife.

    Porteau Cove Provincial Park

    After all the excitement we can settle down for a locally sourced healthy packed lunch with Chai tea at Porteau Cover overlooking Howe Sound and coastal mountains. We can simply take in the view or do some beach-coming after lunch.

    After lunch we continue our journey to Squamish where we will experience Shannon Falls which rises 335 meters above Highways 99, making it the third highest falls in the province.

    We then take a pit stop at the Caffe Garibaldi we can enjoy the stunning cliff face of the Stawamus Chief (also known as The Chief) is the giant 710 meter-high monolith that looms over Highway 99 and downtown Squamish. Carved in granodiorite that cooled beneath the ceiling of the early Coast Mountains, The Chief is the second-largest granite monolith in the world.
