The waters around Los Cristianos and Palm-Mar are home to a rich variety of marine life, making this one of the most exciting areas in Tenerife for kayaking and snorkelling. While wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, this area is well known for frequent encounters with dolphins, sea turtles, and numerous species of fish that inhabit the Atlantic waters surrounding Tenerife.
The calm waters along Tenerife's southern coast make this experience suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers. Stable kayaks, full safety equipment, and guidance from experienced instructors help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable adventure for all skill levels.
During the snorkelling stop, you will have time to swim, relax, and explore the underwater world. Depending on sea conditions and the season, you may spot parrotfish, damselfish, trumpetfish, rays, and other colourful marine species that thrive in these clear coastal waters.
