PRIVATE Cooking Class in a Local Home – Pick Your Menu

This is a fully PRIVATE Italian cooking experience, hosted in a real Milanese home by a true Italian chef, born and based in Italy. It is not a cooking school and not a group class — the experience is designed exclusively for you and your guests.

Before the experience, YOU WILL CHOOSE the menu together, based on your tastes and preferences. You can decide what you would like to cook and eat: fresh handmade pasta, risotto, pizza, traditional Italian sauces, classic desserts, or other Italian specialties. The menu is always customized and agreed in advance.

Once you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, authentic Milanese home with a small Italian aperitivo. From there, the experience becomes completely hands-on. You will cook step by step together with the chef, learning real Italian techniques, tips, and traditions in a relaxed and personal atmosphere.

At the end of the experience, we sit down together at the table to enjoy everything we’ve prepared, accompanied by wine, water, and coffee — just like in a real Italian home. After the class, you will receive a digital recipe booklet so you can recreate the dishes at home.
