With the help of the hosts (they are young farmers who grew up in the countryside and wanted to bring the quintessence of local cuisine to both Vietnamese and foreigners, they researched, studied and worked for over 10 years in restaurants and now they have compiled their experience as guides and you can easily cook at home). Joining this class, you will visit the local market, be introduced to the names of fruits and vegetables as well as the uses that local people use to make local medicine, then you with local guide cycle on small winding roads, no noise, no busy traffic to explore the beautiful scenery in the countryside (buffaloes eating grass, farmers growing rice in the fields, farms raising shrimp and ducks..) Learn about manual vegetable growing methods, using organic fertilizers and pesticides at 1 of 4 long-standing traditional craft villages.Then learn how to decorate the table (make flowers from carrots, tomatoes...) as well as learn how to cook 4 typical dishes.
