Welcome to my home in Bari, You’ll be able to choose your favorites from an illustrated photographic menu, allowing you to customize the experience to your own taste.
The link to your menu selection will be sent to you upon booking so you can choose in advance. Next, we’ll prepare two traditional Bari and Italian first courses, both made with fresh handmade pasta, selected together from the illustrated menu.
To finish, we’ll prepare tiramisu together.
Including local red wine (14°) and fresh water.
After booking, you’ll receive your photographic menu, which includes:
8 appetizers (you can choose 4)
15 pasta first courses (you can choose 2)
Tiramisu, prepared together during the experience
You’ll return home with recipes, stories, and aromas that evoke the traditional cuisine of Southern Italy — an experience that touches the senses and the heart.

For travelers who prefer a shorter and more affordable version, you can also book the Basic Apulian Cooking Experience, which includes frisa pugliese, one fresh pasta dish, tiramisu, and 1 liter of homemade wine per group.
