We pick up all customers staying in the Bávaro area. For customers in Cap Cana, Punta Cana, and Cabeza de Toro, your pick-up will be at the Downtown Mall in Bávaro. Some guests will be picked up in the hotel lobby, while others will be picked up at the hotel’s main entrance where security is located. We also offer pick-up at all Airbnbs
