We are heading to our third breakfast stop at the Bai Sach Chrouk store. This popular breakfast food in Cambodia is called Bai Sach Chrouk, which translates to "rice and pork" in Khmer. Steamed rice is paired with thinly sliced roasted pork, fried egg, vegetable pickle, and soup for a tasty and simple dish.
