Our guide is also an experienced cook and would love to introduce you to Japan's unique culinary culture. He's also an expert on Japanese history and subcultures, so don't hesitate to ask him anything you want to know.

What to expect

Learn the basics of Japanese cooking as well as the history and uses of Japanese kitchen utensils.
In Japanese cuisine, you will try your hand at processing fish, cooking it and eating it.
Learn how to sharpen kitchen knives with a professional instructor.
You will enjoy discovering the use of tools unique to Japan.
