NOTICE: During Holy Week, holidays, national events, or emergencies, pickup times may change. We will let you know directly if necessary.
PICKUP AT HOTEL: This is a shared shuttle that follows a pickup route. Wait in the reception or outside your hotel 15 minutes before the departure time; pickup may take up to 45 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will have your name on his list and will wait a maximum of 5 minutes.
PICKUP AT THE AIRPORT: After leaving customs, take the right exit towards the blue wing and wait outside the Barretto cafeteria doors (next to the blue visitor entrance). The person who picks you up will have a sign with your name. Since it is a shared service, the shuttle waits a maximum of 10 minutes after the reserved departure time. We recommend choosing a departure at least 2 hours after your landing to pass through immigration and customs with time. If your flight is delayed, write to us on WhatsApp at +502 5432 0541 as soon as possible and we will support you with the rescheduling.
CONNECTION: The trip includes a vehicle change in Antigua Guatemala or El Tejar, operated by the same provider. The driver will tell you where to make the change.
Arrival in Panajachel will be at the Socialtel hotel, where most hotels are within walking distance. From there, you can also take a tuk-tuk or a boat to other nearby villages.
What to expect
You can select the departure time that best suits your itinerary. If your departure point is the airport, we will support you with rescheduling in case of delays if you notify us in advance.
During the tour, you will make a connection in Antigua Guatemala or El Tejar, where you will change buses. This stop can last between 15 minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the day's logistics. Upon arriving in Panajachel, we will leave you at Socialtel Atitlán (formerly Selina), located a few steps from several hotels, restaurants, the dock, and the town center.
From there, Panajachel and Lake Atitlán will be within your reach. You can visit viewpoints with spectacular views or take a boat to visit nearby towns such as San Pedro, San Juan, or San Marcos, where you will find a variety of cultural, gastronomic, and adventure experiences.
This shuttle is equipped with air conditioning and all the essential amenities to ensure a comfortable, safe, and accessible trip through the heart of Guatemala.
