Pickup details:

HOTEL PICKUP: This is a shared shuttle that follows a pickup route. We cover hotels in zones 9, 10, 13 and the airport area; if your hotel is outside these zones, we will pick you up at the nearest point. Be ready at the reception or outside your hotel 15 minutes before departure; pickup may take up to 45 minutes due to traffic. The driver will have your name on the passenger list and will wait a maximum of 5 minutes.

AIRPORT PICKUP: After customs, take the right exit towards the blue wing and wait outside the doors of Barretto coffee shop (next to the blue visitor entrance). Your driver will hold a sign with your name. As this is a shared service, the shuttle waits a maximum of 10 minutes after your booked departure time. We recommend choosing a departure at least 2 hours after your landing to clear immigration and customs. If your flight is delayed, message us as soon as possible and we will help you reschedule.

During Holy Week, holidays, national events or emergencies, pickup times may change. We will contact you directly if needed.
