What to expect
We'll meet at 8:50 PM in Parque México. After a brief historical introduction about how Mexico became the salsa capital of the 20th century, we'll walk to the dance venue.
The class and dancing will take place at Mama Rumba in Roma Norte, one of the city's most iconic salsa clubs. Here, live music and the local atmosphere will envelop you. You'll have time to enjoy the dancing and the energy of one of the most authentic dance halls.
To end the night on a high note, we'll do what every chilango (Mexico City native) does after leaving the dance floor: go for some “tacos de bajón” (a late-night snack after partying). We'll walk to a nearby traditional taquería to enjoy classic tacos, the perfect end to a night full of movement.
