BÁVARO Y PUNTA CANA (Nearby hotels): Pick-up starts earlier, from 7:00 AM / 10:00 AM / 1:00 PM, according to the selected time.

MACAU AND UVERO ALTO (Farther away hotels): Pick-up starts later, until 8:10 AM / 11:10 AM / 2:10 PM, according to the selected time.

Important Notes

- Pickup starts 1.5 hours before the scheduled tour time.

- Be ready at your hotel's designated meeting point (lobby, entrance or meeting area) 5 minutes before your assigned time. Drivers can only wait 5 minutes.

- Confirm the exact location with your hotel reception in advance.
