After chilling the mixture, you’ll learn how to roll and shape it into neat truffles before giving each one its own finishing touch with cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, crushed cookies or chopped pecans and almonds. Chef Dee’s beginner-friendly approach makes the techniques easy to follow, whether you’re already comfortable in the kitchen or still figuring out which way the whisk goes. You’ll spend two relaxed hours making, tasting and learning, then leave with a beautiful assortment of handcrafted chocolate truffles. Store-bought chocolates are officially on notice.
