Next, shape your gnocchi by hand, creating small, uniform pieces that cook evenly. As they boil, prepare a homemade marinara sauce using tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil and red wine, building depth of flavor step by step. Finish by tossing your gnocchi in the sauce and enjoy the dish you’ve created from scratch.
