Your experience begins with crafting fresh pasta dough from semolina flour, eggs and olive oil before learning how to knead, roll and shape pasta completely by hand. While the pasta cooks, Chef Juwanza will guide you through building two rich homemade sauces: a velvety Alfredo with garlic and Parmesan and a slow-inspired Bolognese layered with tomatoes, onions, carrots and savory ground meat.
