The driver will be waiting for you in the waiting area of the pre-contracted VTC services. Once they leave the train, customers should proceed down the aisle to the exit indicated by VTC Calle Agustin de Foxá and follow the signs until they reach the area reserved for VTC. The driver will wait for you there carrying a name sign.
Maximum driver waiting time on arrivals Train : 30 minutes.
IMPORTANT! You must give us the train number and also the direction of arrival.
What to expect
You will travel in a Mercedes V Minivan, the most comfortable, elegant and exclusive van on the market.
Once you get to Chamartin, head to the indicated area, where the driver will be waiting for you with a name sign. If you are unable to locate the driver, please call Viator customer support.
