In the aftermath of the Kosovo War that took place from 1998 to 1999, the Albanian population in Kosovo sought to express their gratitude to former U.S. President Bill Clinton for his crucial support during their struggle against the Yugoslav government. On November 1, 2009, a 10-foot-high (3.0 m) statue of President Clinton was inaugurated along this boulevard, marking a poignant moment during a ceremony where the former president himself delivered a speech.

  Kalaja Fortress

  After many attractions have been visited you and your Guide will walk towards The Prizren Fortress, known as "Kalaja e Prizrenit" in Albanian, is a medieval stronghold located in the southern region of Kosovo, specifically in the city of Prizren. Positioned on a hill overlooking the city, this fortress played a pivotal role in the gradual expansion and development of Prizren into a bustling urban center. Recognized for its historical significance, the fortress received the prestigious designation of a Cultural Monument of Special Importance in 1948.

  Mahmet Pasha Hamam

  After you and your Guide enjoy the magnificent sight of The Fortress you will head towards Mahmet Pasha Hammam which is constructed using a blend of various stones along with bricks, featuring walls that are approximately 90 cm thick and finished with plaster on the interior. The roof of the structure includes two domes situated above the cold section, while the warm part of the hammam is adorned with nine smaller domes.
