What's Included
Meeting and pickup
It is a 1-minute walk from Hieizanguchi Station. Please go up the hill where there is a red postbox in front of the station.
What to expect
1.Suit Up Like a Ninja Craftsman
Change into samue, the traditional blacksmith uniform. Wrap a tenugui around your head and step instantly into a ninja training atmosphere.
2.Choose Your Ninja Weapon
Select from three shuriken styles or one kunai—each with its own unique shape and feel.
3.Forge the Steel
Heat your weapon in an 800°C furnace, then hammer the glowing steel as sparks fly. This powerful forging step is the core of the experience.
4.Shape the Blade
Use a professional belt sander to refine and sharpen the metal, transforming it into your own handcrafted weapon.
5.Kanji Engraving
Choose a kanji character and our skilled staff will engrave it with precision, making your weapon truly one of a kind.
6.Ninja Knowledge Session
Learn about ninja history, weapons, and secret techniques to deepen your understanding of what you’ve created.
7.Blackening the Steel
Apply a special solution to protect the metal and give it a dark, authentic finish—just like a real ninja tool.
8.Final Polish
Polish your weapon to bring out its shine. Your ninja creation is complete and ready to display.
