What's Included
Meeting and pickup
At the airport:
IMPORTANT: Driver reserves the right to depart after waiting 1.5 hours from your flight's actual landing time, if we are unable to reach you via your provided cell phone number, email, regular text messaging or viator messages.
LUGGAGE REQUIREMENT: Please provide your total luggage count {eg;.4bags} so that dispatch can ensure the correct vehicle size is assigned to you.
WHERE TO FIND YOUR DRIVER:
Driver will be standing outside the arrival doors holding a sign with your name on it. However, if the driver cannot wait at the door (as in the case of busy seasons) dispatch will contact you directly with an update, please ensure that your mobile is turned on and active upon landing.
At the Port:
Driver will be outside the departure gate standing across the street in front of The Tourism Police Station holding a sign with your name on it.
At Hotel:
Driver will only pill up on the hotel doors once you are standing outside.
Once outside please inform the valet/doorman/bellman of your name and the name of your driver or plate number and he will signal for your driver to pull up on the door.
Once you are ready to walk outside with your luggage, your driver will be standing outside the arrival doors holding a sign with your name.
What to expect
Transport from the airport, driver will be standing outside the arrival doors, holding a sign with Your name.
However, during the busy peak travel seasons (summer/ Easter/Christmas) please remain near the arrival/exit area, and the driver will locate you.
Option 2
Transport from a hotel, please see the doorman or valet attendant as they will call your driver, who will be nearby.
Option 3
Transport from the cruise port.
exit through the port's gate, walk across the street to the Tourism Police Station, your driver will be standing there holding a sign with your name.
During your land excursion to your destination, you will see some of the island's sites, such as the caves on the 'Cable Beach strip, while cruising by our picturesque, crystal blue waters!
Your driver will suggest the scenic route if you have about 30 minutes to spare, so that you can see the landscape up close and personal.
Baha mar, one of our newest resorts is located in the heart of Cable beach.
during the evening, you will be entertained by a dancing light show performance, set to the latest in both classical and R&B music that is
put on by the resort.
Next, you may cruise pass some of the most beautiful, landscaped gardens, that are strategically placed near the roadside for your viewing pleasure!
Perhaps, while on route to your destination, you will also get a peek at our world-famous Fish Fry which is located near Downtown Nassau as you draw near to the Paradise Island Bridge.
The "fry" is where you'd find various restaurants, seasonal junkanoo music and a tangible taste of what The Bahamas has to offer!
