Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba is a beautifully restored traditional village near Mount Fuji, featuring thatched-roof houses from the Edo period. Set beside Lake Saiko, it offers a peaceful glimpse into old rural Japan with local crafts, cultural experiences, and scenic views of Mt. Fuji on clear days. Lake Yamanaka is the largest of Mount Fuji’s Five Lakes, known for its wide open views, calm waters, and stunning reflections of Mount Fuji. It’s a peaceful spot for photos, lakeside walks, swan boats, and enjoying cool, fresh air—especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset.
