At 7:00 AM, the shared transportation will pick you up from your hotel or the airport in Quito. You’ll begin your journey to the Amazon, enjoying the scenic drive through the Andes.

Upon arrival at Luz de Luna Glamping around 11:30 AM, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and a traditional Amazonian lunch at 12:30 PM.

At 2:00 PM, you’ll check in to your jungle accommodation. In the afternoon, join an artisanal cacao workshop where you’ll learn how to make Amazonian chocolate from scratch. Afterward, enjoy free time to relax in the sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool, or hydromassage under the forest canopy. Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM, and the rest of the night is for you to rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

After breakfast, we’ll visit the Kotokocha community. To reach this hidden village, you’ll cross the river in a traditional canoe—an authentic jungle experience. Once there, you’ll engage in cultural exchange, learn about ancestral customs, observe traditional handicrafts, and have the chance to support the community by purchasing handmade items.

5Cascada Hola Vida
After lunch at Luz de Luna Glamping, we’ll take a short trip to the beautiful Hola Vida Waterfall. Surrounded by lush jungle, this peaceful spot is perfect for relaxing, taking pictures, and enjoying the sounds of nature.

During this visit, travelers will enjoy panoramic views of the Ecuadorian Amazon from the Indichuris viewpoint, a natural lookout surrounded by lush rainforest. This is the perfect spot to take photos, appreciate the vastness of the jungle, and learn about the surrounding landscape from the guide. The visit offers a peaceful moment to connect with nature, enjoy the fresh air, and take in one of the most scenic viewpoints in the region. Afterward, dinner will be served and the night is yours to rest or relax in the lodge.

Start your day early with a guided birdwatching experience in the lush surroundings of Luz de Luna. At 6:00 AM, you’ll explore the area with a local guide to observe a variety of Amazonian bird species in their natural habitat. After the activity, enjoy a hearty breakfast at 9:00 AM.
