During the visit at the winery, you will see the cellar and enjoy some excellent glasses of wine (5 varieties), at your choice among native grapes Malvasia, Ribolla Gialla, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Prosecco Brut Millesimato and Rosè or international grapes Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero and Sauvignon.
A light lunch made of local dishes, including "Gubana" dessert and grappa.
In the afternoon, visit to the unique Aquileia archaeological site, protected by UNESCO.

Pick-up with a van at Venice P.le Roma and one hour travel to "Isola Augusta". Discover the great variety of wines produced in Isola Augusta winery, through a guided tasting event. Enjoy the local food and appetizers (light lunch). The winery is located in a land rich of history and natural beauties (Marano lagoon), between Tagliamento and Stella rivers, right where there was the “Augustus Island” during Roman Empire time. On request, accommodation is also available in nearby farmhouse apartments.

Guided tour to Aquileia archaeological site, protected by UNESCO. Friuli-Venezia Giulia is a region that is historically linked to Venice Republic. Before Roman Empire collapse, Aquileia was a wealthy harbor on the coast of Adriatic sea; after Attila destroyed the town, its inhabitants fled and founded Venice. On request, you may choose a guided tour to Trieste old town, one of the producers of San Daniele prosciutto or a guided boat tour to explore the “Stella river natural reserve”, part of Marano Lagoon.
