I have written several books on spirituality including "Yoga H24" to practice in all circumstances. I am a qualified teacher from the Sivananda school. The method that I propose comes from the marriage between yoga and martial arts. I learned combat meditation and I'm sharing it with you. Cognitive sciences came to perfect my understanding.

In Saint-Lizier, at the cathedral, turn right following the “Cemetery” sign. We park in the parking lot in front of the cemetery. I will wait for you there.

What to expect

How to meditate despite the ambient stress of daily life?

Should meditation be limited to the calm of the yoga room? Learning to meditate while walking is an intermediary to learning to meditate constantly, whatever the situation.

The session begins with a short theoretical explanation on the principles of the polarity marriage method applied to meditation through bodily exercises (anchoring and movement), breathing, and mental exercises to complete.

All the exercises are then combined into one, and applied to walking. A practical session of approximately 30 minutes is planned. Finally, this is the debrief.

The workshop is systematically adapted to people's problems, depending on your questions and your difficulties in meditating.
