During this tour, engage in a dialogue with Mr. Tashima Yoshifumi, the Toji (master brewer) of historic Fushimi sake brewery Kitagawa Honke, which has produced sake for over 360 years.

Furthermore, you’ll be able to explore the sake brewery with exclusive access to areas not usually open to the public.

For each part of the journey, a professional interpreter will guide you. A private taxi will also be available for transport from your accommodation.

    Go behind the scenes of a sake brewery with a history of over 360 years through an hour-long briefing at Kitagawa Honke Kura. Afterwards, you will engage in a one-hour dialogue with Mr. Tashima Yoshifumi, the Toji (Master Brewer), inside the brewery. This will include a sake tasting session.
