You'll get a hands-on training from the Japanese soba noodles master. You'll discover the unique flavors of our traditional food while learning about the way of soba-cooking and Japanese food culture.
You'll be able to use the master's workspace and professional cooks.
You can also try your own handmade soba noodles right there.
Don't worry, we have an English-speaking guide to support you and feel free to take photos and videos to record this moment!
Vegetarians are welcome. Let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
Because we will be handling buckwheat flour and flour, please come in clothes you don't mind getting dirty, even though we have prepared apron for you.

Join a hands-on soba-making tour in Tokyo’s historic Yanaka district, guided by a master with over 46 years of experience. Each participant receives personal instruction, kneading and rolling buckwheat dough into noodles using authentic Edo-period techniques cherished by Japanese locals. The soba is made from premium JAS-certified organic buckwheat from Lake Towada, stone-milled daily to preserve its delicate sweetness, fragrance, and smooth texture. At the end, enjoy the noodles you’ve created, experiencing the craft of making Japanese soba that resonates with both foreign visitors and Japanese alike.
