Yamagata Prefecture belongs to the Tohoku region of Japan. It is famous for its fresh vegetables and sake. There are also many sweets.
Kochi is a prefecture in the Shikoku region of Japan. Kochi is very famous for its bonito, which is roasted over a fire. It is also famous for Japanese sake and shochu. Kochi has a deep Japanese history, and a great Japanese man named Ryoma Sakamoto is very famous. There is a bronze statue of Ryoma Sakamoto at the entrance.
Ibaraki Prefecture belongs to the Kanto region of Japan. It can be reached by a day trip from Tokyo. There are restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy beer, sake, and cocktails. It is also famous for its Japanese food, natto (fermented soybeans). Please give it a try.
