Meeting and pickup
For arrivals at Zurich Airport (ZRH), your TripTransfer driver will meet you inside the Arrivals Hall after you have collected your luggage. The driver will be holding a sign with your name and the Company logo, assist you with your bags, and escort you directly to your private vehicle. Your flight will be monitored for delays, and up to 60 minutes of waiting time after landing is included.
Hotel pickups are also available: please wait in the lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will meet you at reception and help with your luggage.
What to expect
Once your booking is completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation with all transfer details. Our team reviews every reservation to ensure accuracy and schedules your driver accordingly.
Step 2: Pre-Arrival Coordination
Before your arrival, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is early or delayed, your pickup time is adjusted automatically. You will receive the driver’s contact details in advance.
Step 3: Airport Meet & Greet
After collecting your luggage at Zurich Airport, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign showing your name. You will be assisted with your luggage and guided to your private vehicle.
Step 4: Comfort & Safety On Board
Relax in a clean, well-maintained vehicle equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and bottled water. Child seats are available free of charge upon request. Ski and snowboard equipment is transported at no extra cost.
Step 5: Direct Transfer to Your Destination
Your driver will take the most efficient route to your hotel or address in Zurich City. No shared passengers, no waiting lines, no unnecessary stops.
Step 6: Drop-Off Service
Upon arrival, the driver will assist you with your luggage and ensure that you are safely at your destination. If you need any additional help or information, our support team is available 24/7.
