Meeting and pickup
Your driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall with a sign, assist you with all your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle before starting your private transfer.
We drop travelers off at Täsch Train Station, because Zermatt is a car-free resort. From Täsch, travelers continue to Zermatt by the shuttle train, which runs every few minutes and reaches the village in about 12 minutes.
What to expect

Step 2: Pre-Arrival Coordination
Before your arrival, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is early or delayed, your pickup time is adjusted automatically. You will receive the driver’s contact details in advance.

After collecting your luggage at Zurich Airport, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign showing your name and the logo. You will be assisted with your luggage and guided to your private vehicle.
Step 4: Comfort & Safety On Board
Relax in a clean, well-maintained vehicle equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and bottled water. Child seats are available free of charge upon request. Ski and snowboard equipment is transported at no extra cost.
Step 5: Direct Transfer to Your Destination
Your driver will take the most efficient route to Täsch Train Station. No shared passengers, no waiting lines, no unnecessary stops.
