Duration: The tour has a maximum duration of 10 hours. This timeframe includes pickup, drop-off, lunch, and all transfers between sites. Extra hours incur extra fee.

Pickup Locations: We pick up guests from hotels and apartments (including Airbnbs) within Central Tokyo. If your location is not on our standard list, please consult as additional fees may apply.

Airports & Ports: For pickups at airports or seaports, please consult with us in advance as additional fees or scheduling changes may apply.

Traffic & Delays: Please understand that traffic congestion, road conditions, or accidents may occasionally cause the driver to arrive 10–30 minutes late. We appreciate your patience.
