Meeting and pickup
**Communication: All communications will be handled via WhatsApp. Please ensure you have the app downloaded and active. Your guide will contact you the night before your tour to confirm the final pickup details. *Please add your email address in the "Special Requirements" section.
Duration: The tour has a maximum duration of 10 hours. This timeframe includes pickup, drop-off, lunch, and all transfers between sites. Extra hours incur extra fee.
Pickup Locations: We pick up guests from hotels and apartments (including Airbnbs) within Central Tokyo. If your location is not on our standard list, please consult as additional fees may apply.
Airports & Ports: For pickups at airports or seaports, please consult with us in advance as additional fees or scheduling changes may apply.
Traffic & Delays: Please understand that traffic congestion, road conditions, or accidents may occasionally cause the driver to arrive 10–30 minutes late. We appreciate your patience.
Mt. Fuji 5th Station: If you wish to visit the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, please be aware that you may need to skip other sites on the itinerary due to travel time. Please consult with us to prioritize your stops.
