  Upon arrival in Manarola, your driver tour escort will accompany you on a orientation walk down to the marina, passing narrow lanes lined with colorful houses stacked along the cliffside. After this introduction, you’ll have free time to explore at your own pace, take photos, or relax by the sea before boarding the local train together to Monterosso.

  Arriving in Monterosso al Mare, the largest of the Cinque Terre villages, your host will accompany you on a short walk from the modern Fegina beach area toward the historic old town. This introduction highlights the contrast between the seaside promenade and the narrow medieval lanes of the borgo. Afterward, enjoy ample free time to explore independently—relax on the sandy beach (seasonal), browse local shops, savor Ligurian specialties such as fresh seafood and focaccia, or enjoy a glass of local wine overlooking the sea.
