The default route is: Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art → Kitano Ijinkan-gai → Ikuta Shrine → Nankinmachi Chinatown → Meriken Park → Kobe Harborland → Venus Bridge. Contact us at least 24 hours before departure if you would like to adjust the route.
For up-to-6 and up-to-9 options, an English-speaking driver-guide provides driving, route communication, simple sightseeing suggestions, and basic local assistance. The driver-guide is not a licensed professional guide. Larger-vehicle options provide vehicle and driver only; guide service and an English-speaking driver are not guaranteed. Admission tickets, meals, and personal expenses are not included.
Pickup is available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or agreed pickup points within the confirmed central Osaka or Kyoto service area. After booking, please provide the exact pickup address, hotel or building name, entrance details, preferred pickup time, passenger count, luggage quantity, preferred itinerary, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp. Please contact us at least 24 hours before departure for itinerary changes.
For hotel pickup, please wait in the lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed time. For station pickup, provide the station name, arrival time, and preferred exit. For apartments or private accommodations, provide the full address and access instructions.
Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Overtime is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with up to 14 seats and JPY 10,000 per hour for larger vehicles. Service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 night-service fee.
Please provide accurate passenger and luggage quantities. Up to 6 guests: up to 4 large 28-inch suitcases. Up to 9 guests: up to 15. For the 13-seat option, 10–11 guests may carry up to 6 large suitcases; at full passenger capacity, carry-on luggage only. Larger vehicles are subject to their stated capacity. If passengers or luggage exceed the selected vehicle capacity, an upgrade or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost, subject to availability.
Pickup or drop-off outside the confirmed service area requires advance approval and may incur an additional fee. Pickup points may also be adjusted when stopping or parking is restricted by hotels, stations, traffic conditions, road regulations, or local authorities. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the tour day.
Begin your Kobe sightseeing near the waterfront at the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art, known for its striking contemporary architecture and seaside setting. Depending on your interests and available time, explore the exterior and surrounding waterfront or enter the museum to view a current exhibition. Exhibition admission varies and is paid separately.
Continue to Kitano, Kobe’s historic hillside district known for Western-style residences dating from the city’s development as an international port. Walk through the atmospheric streets and photograph the distinctive architecture. Entry to individual historic houses or museums is optional and paid separately.
Visit one of Kobe’s best-known Shinto shrines in the heart of the city. Walk through the shrine grounds and enjoy a quieter traditional setting surrounded by modern Kobe.
Explore Kobe’s colorful Chinatown and enjoy time for lunch or street food at your own expense. You may also choose a restaurant in nearby Sannomiya. Kobe beef and other food experiences are optional and not included in the tour price.
Continue to Kobe’s waterfront at Meriken Park.Walk along the harbor, enjoy open waterfront scenery, and photograph some of Kobe’s most recognizable port landmarks.
Explore Kobe Harborland, where waterfront promenades, shopping areas, restaurants, and views across Kobe Port come together.Enjoy free time for photos, shopping, coffee, or a relaxed walk beside the harbor.
Head toward the hillside Venus Bridge area for a panoramic finale to your Kobe sightseeing.From the elevated observation area, enjoy views across central Kobe and the harbor below. The stop is especially memorable later in the afternoon when the city and port begin to light up.
