After booking, the service provider will confirm your pickup location, Karuizawa destination, passenger number, luggage quantity, ski or snowboard equipment, and any child seat requirements.

Please provide accurate luggage information in advance. Large suitcases, ski bags, snowboard bags, strollers, and other oversized items require additional vehicle space, so the appropriate vehicle will be arranged based on the combined passenger and luggage load.

On the service day, your driver will meet you at the confirmed pickup location in Tokyo. Please keep your phone reachable in case the driver or service team needs to contact you.

After your luggage has been loaded, your group will travel directly toward Karuizawa in a private vehicle.

Travel time varies depending on the exact pickup and drop-off locations, traffic, weather, snowfall, road restrictions, and other road conditions. Winter travel may take longer than usual, particularly on weekends, holidays, or during heavy snowfall.

A brief restroom stop may be requested when reasonably required and where traffic, parking, and road conditions permit.

This booking is for a direct private transfer. Sightseeing, shopping, dining stops, additional destinations, and route changes are not included unless arranged and confirmed separately in advance.

Upon arrival in Karuizawa, your driver will take you as close as safely and legally possible to the entrance of your confirmed destination.
