Escape Tokyo for a relaxed 2-day private journey through Mount Fuji and Hakone, designed for travelers who prefer more time and less rushing.

Default route:
Day 1 Tokyo hotel → Arakurayama Sengen Park → Oshino Hakkai → Lake Kawaguchi/Oishi Park → Kawaguchiko hotel.

Day 2 Kawaguchiko hotel → Gotemba Premium Outlets → Owakudani/Hakone Ropeway → Lake Ashi → Hakone Shrine → Tokyo hotel.

Each day includes up to 10 hours of private vehicle service. Guest accommodation, meals and attraction tickets are not included.

Contact us at least 24 hours before departure to confirm your hotel, overnight stay and preferred stops. Mount Fuji views are never guaranteed and routes may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, attraction hours or seasonal closures.

6- and 9-guest options include an English-speaking driver-guide who is not a licensed guide; the 13-guest option is driver only with no English guarantee.

You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Day 1 pickup is included from hotels or accessible addresses within the selected Tokyo city service area. Day 1 ends at your pre-booked accommodation in the Lake Kawaguchi area, and Day 2 begins from the confirmed Kawaguchiko hotel before returning to Tokyo.
Please provide your Tokyo pickup address, Kawaguchiko hotel name/address, passenger count, luggage quantity and size, reachable phone/WhatsApp number, preferred route and mobility requirements at least 24 hours before departure.
Each day includes up to 10 hours of private vehicle service. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from each confirmed pickup time. Overtime is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles up to 14 seats. Service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 night-service fee.
Pickup/drop-off outside the included areas, additional hotels, or major route changes require advance confirmation and may incur an additional charge. Traffic, weather, mountain roads, parking restrictions and attraction hours may change the route or stop duration.

    Arakurayama Sengen Park

    Start your Mount Fuji journey at Arakurayama Sengen Park, one of the area’s most recognizable viewpoints. Walk through the shrine grounds and climb toward the Chureito Pagoda and observation area for panoramic views over Fujiyoshida with Mount Fuji in the distance when weather conditions allow. Mount Fuji visibility is not guaranteed and depends on clouds, fog and seasonal weather. Guests with limited mobility may choose an easier Fuji viewpoint instead.

    Oshino Hakkai

    Explore the traditional village scenery and clear spring ponds of Oshino Hakkai at a relaxed pace. Walk between the ponds, browse small local shops and enjoy views toward Mount Fuji when the weather is clear. Food, drinks, shopping and any privately operated attractions are self-paid.

    Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine

    Visit one of the historic shrines associated with Mount Fuji worship. Walk beneath tall cedar trees, see the traditional shrine buildings and enjoy a quieter cultural stop between the busier Fuji viewpoints.

    Lake Kawaguchiko

    Slow down beside Lake Kawaguchi and enjoy lakeside scenery at Oishi Park. Take an easy walk, stop for photographs, enjoy a café if time allows, and experience the quieter side of the Fuji area before checking into your accommodation. Seasonal flowers and clear Mount Fuji views are natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

    Enjoy a relaxed shopping stop at Gotemba Premium Outlets before continuing into Hakone. Browse Japanese and international brands, take a coffee break, or simply enjoy the open-air setting and Mount Fuji views when the weather is clear. Shopping and personal purchases are self-paid. Guests who prefer more sightseeing may shorten or skip this stop.

    Hakone Ropeway

    Ride the Hakone Ropeway from the Owakudani area toward Togendai, enjoying aerial views over the volcanic landscape, mountains and Lake Ashi. Your driver can relocate the vehicle and meet you at the next confirmed pickup point. Operation depends on weather, wind, volcanic conditions and maintenance.

    Hakone Sightseeing Cruise

    Cross Lake Ashi on the sightseeing cruise from the Togendai side toward Moto-Hakone or Hakone-machi, depending on the confirmed schedule. Enjoy lake and mountain scenery while your driver travels separately to the pickup point. Cruise operation and views are subject to weather and timetable changes.

    Hakone Shrine

    Finish the Hakone portion of the trip at Hakone Shrine, set among tall trees beside Lake Ashi. Visit the main shrine grounds and enjoy the lakeside atmosphere before returning to Tokyo. The popular lakeside torii photo area may have a queue, so waiting time cannot be guaranteed within the itinerary.
