This private long-distance transfer connects Tokyo with Echigo and Nagano resort areas with direct, door-to-door transportation. Avoid train transfers, carrying heavy luggage through busy stations, or arranging extra transport after reaching the mountains.
Ideal for ski travelers, families, and private groups with large luggage, snow gear, strollers, or children. Airport pickup is available from Haneda and Narita, with multiple vehicle sizes for different group needs. Child seats are available upon request.
Travel directly to ski resorts, hot spring towns, mountain hotels, and other selected destinations in Echigo and Nagano.
This is a private transfer service only. Tour guide service, guaranteed English-speaking driver, sightseeing stops, meals, and drinks are not included.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please provide the lead traveler’s contact details, exact pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number if applicable, passenger number, luggage quantity, ski/snowboard equipment, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.
For Haneda Airport arrivals, free waiting is 60 minutes from the actual landing time. For Narita Airport arrivals, free waiting is 90 minutes. Hotel, station, and city pickups include 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting for vehicles up to 13 seats is JPY 5,000 per hour.
Pickups between 22:00 and 07:00 are subject to a JPY 2,000 night-service fee.
Please advise us in advance about child seats, wheelchairs, oversized luggage, ski or snowboard equipment. If passengers or luggage exceed the selected option capacity, a vehicle upgrade or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost.
Pickup points may be adjusted where stopping or parking is restricted.
What to expect
Before the service date, guests will receive pickup confirmation, driver information, vehicle details, and meeting instructions. Please keep your phone reachable.
For airport pickups from Haneda Airport or Narita Airport, please provide the correct flight number. The driver will monitor the flight and meet guests at the arrival area with a name sign after landing.
For hotel or accommodation pickups, the driver will arrive at the confirmed pickup point at the scheduled time. Guests should wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or agreed meeting location.
After meeting the driver, guests should confirm the destination and luggage quantity before departure. The driver will provide direct private transportation from Tokyo to the selected Echigo or Nagano destination.
This is a private transfer service only. The route is direct transportation without sightseeing stops, tour guiding, meals, or attraction visits.
Travel time may vary depending on traffic, weather, snowfall, road conditions, and the final destination.
Upon arrival, the driver will drop guests off at the confirmed hotel, ski resort, hot spring accommodation, airport, station, or agreed safe stopping point.
Before leaving the vehicle, guests should check all luggage, ski equipment, and personal belongings carefully.
Travel time varies by destination, traffic, weather and winter road conditions and is not guaranteed.
