What to expect

After booking, the supplier will confirm the pickup location, destination, passenger number, luggage quantity, and vehicle arrangement.

Before the service date, the driver or supplier will provide pickup instructions and vehicle details. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the day of service.

For airport pickups from Haneda Airport or Narita Airport, the driver will monitor the provided flight information and meet guests at the arrival area with a name sign after landing.

For hotel or accommodation pickups in Tokyo, the driver will arrive at the confirmed pickup point at the scheduled pickup time. Guests should wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or agreed meeting location.
