Start your Hakuba ski holiday without changing trains or buses after a long flight. This private, one-way transfer takes your group from Narita International Airport to one agreed hotel, chalet or ski resort within the Hakuba service area.
We monitor your flight using the details you provide. Airport waiting is included for 90 minutes after actual landing, allowing time for immigration and baggage collection.
Choose a Toyota Alphard or HiAce option to suit your passenger and luggage needs. Please check capacity before booking and tell us the number and size of all suitcases, ski bags and snowboard bags.
Fuel, highway tolls and parking for the agreed route are included. One child seat is available free of charge when reserved in advance. Additional waiting and night-service charges apply as listed.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
After booking, send your flight number, arrival date and terminal, passenger count, exact Hakuba drop-off address, suitcase sizes, ski/snowboard bag quantities and lengths, any child-seat request, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp.
We monitor your flight and coordinate pickup using its actual arrival time. Complimentary waiting lasts 90 minutes from actual landing. Additional waiting costs JPY 5,000 per hour. A JPY 2,000 night-service fee applies between 22:00 and 07:00.
After immigration, baggage collection and customs, follow the confirmed meeting instructions. Keep your phone reachable and contact us promptly if you are delayed. This is a direct, one-way transfer; sightseeing, shopping stops and route changes are not included unless agreed in advance.
What to expect
On arrival at Narita Airport, complete immigration, baggage collection and customs, then meet your driver as instructed. Your group will travel in a private vehicle directly to the confirmed drop-off location.
Journey time depends on traffic, snowfall and road conditions. Please leave a buffer for hotel check-in or other timed plans.
A short restroom break may be requested where safe parking is available. This is transportation only, not a sightseeing tour. Drop-off will be as close as safely and legally accessible to the agreed entrance.
