You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or other agreed locations within the Nagoya city area, subject to advance confirmation.

After booking, please provide the exact pickup address, hotel or accommodation name, building name, entrance details, preferred pickup time, total number of passengers, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp contact.

For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed pickup time. For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, and preferred exit in advance. For apartments or private accommodations, please provide the full address and detailed entrance instructions.

The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting beyond the free 30 minutes or service exceeding the included 10 hours may require an additional fee based on the selected vehicle.

Overtime charges are:

Vehicles for up to 13 guests or fewer: JPY 5,000 per hour.

Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. If the pickup information is incorrect or incomplete, or if we are unable to contact you, the service may not be provided as scheduled.

Pickup and drop-off points may be adjusted when stopping or parking is restricted by hotel rules, station regulations, road conditions, traffic controls, or local laws.

This is a 2-day private vehicle service calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off. The itinerary must be completed within the booked service time.

For the 1st night, you can choose to stay in Tsumago or Nagiso.
On the 2nd day, you can decide whether to visit Kiso-Fukushima, depending on your schedule.
