This private Macau airport transfer offers a simple way to travel directly between Macau International Airport and accommodation across Macau without taxi queues, public transport transfers, or carrying luggage between stations. Two clearly defined service zones cover Macau Peninsula, Taipa, Cotai, Coloane, and Ka Ho, making it easier to select the correct fare when booking. Prices are calculated per traveler while transportation remains private for your booking party. Airport pickups include flight monitoring when accurate flight details are provided and up to 90 minutes of free waiting from actual landing time. Guests who prefer an easier arrival experience can add optional name-sign meet & greet for USD 13. Hotel pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting. This is a direct transfer service; sightseeing, tour guiding, and an English-speaking driver guarantee are not included.

Meeting and pickup
Please provide accurate lead traveler contact details, flight number, pickup address, drop-off address, actual passenger number, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.
For Macau International Airport (MFM) arrival pickup, the driver will monitor the flight when a correct flight number is provided. Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time, not the scheduled arrival time.
Name-sign meet & greet is not included in the basic price. If you would like the driver or pickup staff to wait with your name displayed, please select the USD 13 Name Sign Service add-on when booking.
If the name-sign service is not selected, the driver or supplier will contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or another agreed communication method and provide the designated airport meeting point.
For hotel, accommodation, or other agreed pickup locations, please wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or confirmed pickup point at the scheduled time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
Please provide the full hotel or accommodation name, address, entrance details, passenger number, and luggage quantity in advance.
The regular service operates daily from 07:00 to 21:00. Pickup times before 07:00 or after 21:00 are not included and require advance confirmation.

Coloane & Ka Ho Extended Zone
If your pickup or drop-off is in Coloane or Ka Ho, the Extended Zone option must be selected.
Oversized luggage, sports equipment, wheelchairs, strollers, or unusually large quantities of luggage must be declared before the service date. An additional vehicle or surcharge may be required if the assigned vehicle cannot safely accommodate all passengers and luggage.
Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. Incorrect or incomplete contact, flight, passenger, luggage, or address information may affect the pickup arrangement.
Pickup or drop-off locations may be adjusted if stopping or parking is restricted by airport, hotel, traffic, or local regulations.

What to expect
Please make sure you have selected the correct option. Macau Peninsula, Taipa, and Cotai are covered by the Standard Zone, while Coloane and Ka Ho require the Extended Zone option.
Before pickup, the driver or supplier may send the meeting point, vehicle information, driver details, and contact instructions. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp available.
For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight when an accurate flight number has been provided.
If the USD 13 Name Sign Service has been purchased, the driver or pickup staff will meet you at the confirmed arrival meeting area with your name displayed.
If the name-sign service has not been purchased, the driver or supplier will contact you by phone or WhatsApp and arrange the meeting at the designated airport pickup area.
Airport arrivals include up to 90 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time.
For hotel or accommodation pickups, the driver will arrive at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time. Up to 30 minutes of free waiting is included.
After meeting the driver, please confirm your destination and luggage quantity before boarding.
The driver will provide direct private transportation between Macau International Airport (MFM) and the selected Macau service zone.
This is a transfer service only. Sightseeing stops, additional stops, detours, guided commentary, meals, and itinerary changes are not included unless confirmed in advance.
The standard operating period is 07:00–21:00. Services outside this period require prior supplier approval.
Upon arrival, the driver will drop you off at the confirmed hotel, accommodation, airport terminal, or agreed location where stopping is legally and safely permitted.
This is a one-way transfer. A return airport transfer requires a separate booking.
Before leaving the vehicle, please check your luggage, valuables, passports, phones, and other personal belongings carefully.
