Free waiting time at NGO Airport is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time, not the scheduled arrival time.
For Nagoya city pickups, the driver will wait 30 minutes from the confirmed pickup time.
After landing, please complete immigration, collect luggage, clear customs, and proceed to the meeting point. Keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable during the transfer.
Additional waiting time:
Vehicles up to 13 seats: JPY 5,000/hour
Night service between 22:00 and 07:00 requires an additional JPY 2,000 fee.
Drop-off locations outside Nagoya city may require an additional charge.
