Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or agreed pickup points within the selected Nagoya service area.
After booking, please provide the exact pickup address, hotel or accommodation name, preferred pickup time, passenger number, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp.
Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed pickup time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting beyond this period or service beyond the booked 10-hour duration costs JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles up to 14 seats.
This is a long-distance 10-hour private vehicle service. The service time includes all driving time from Nagoya, sightseeing time, waiting time, and the return journey to Nagoya.
Private vehicles cannot enter central Kamikochi. Guests must transfer at the designated access point to a local shuttle bus or authorized taxi. These local transportation costs are not included.
Kamikochi is normally accessible from mid-April to mid-November. Exact operating conditions depend on the season, weather, road conditions and local transportation schedules.
Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. Pickup or drop-off outside the selected Nagoya service area may require an additional fee.
What to expect
The driver will meet you at the confirmed pickup point and travel toward the designated Kamikochi access area. Private vehicles are not permitted to enter central Kamikochi, so guests must transfer to a local shuttle bus or authorized taxi and pay the local transport fare separately.
Explore Kamikochi independently and return to the agreed transfer point at the confirmed time. The driver will then continue to Matsumoto, where you may visit Matsumoto Castle or enjoy free time according to the remaining schedule. Admission tickets are not included.
After Matsumoto, return to Nagoya by private vehicle.
This is a 10-hour vehicle-and-driver service only. No guide or guaranteed English-speaking driver is included. The route and sightseeing time may be shortened or adjusted due to traffic, weather, mountain road conditions, Kamikochi access restrictions, seasonal congestion or local transport schedules.
