Private Arrival Transfer from Haneda Airport to Tokyo Hotel

After booking, the supplier will review the flight number, arrival terminal, passenger count, luggage details, Tokyo drop-off address, contact information, and selected vehicle option.

If required information is missing, inconsistent, or unclear, the supplier may contact the lead traveler before the service date. Guests should respond promptly to avoid problems with the pickup arrangement.

Before pickup, the supplier or driver may send the meeting point, driver contact details, vehicle information, and airport pickup instructions. Guests should keep their phone or WhatsApp available.

When the correct flight number has been provided, the driver or service team will check the flight status and arrange the pickup according to the actual landing time.

After completing immigration, baggage collection, and customs procedures, proceed to the instructed meeting area. The driver will wait with a name sign displaying the lead traveler’s name or confirmed group name.

Haneda Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight landing time. Guests should contact the supplier immediately if they expect to exceed this period.

After meeting the driver, confirm the hotel address, number of passengers, and number of luggage items before boarding. The selected vehicle will be arranged according to the information provided after booking.

The driver will load the luggage that safely fits within the confirmed vehicle capacity. Oversized luggage, wheelchairs, strollers, sports equipment, or unusually shaped items must be reported in advance.

Guests will then travel directly from Haneda Airport to the confirmed hotel or accommodation within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Travel time depends on traffic conditions and the exact destination.

This is a transfer-only service. Sightseeing stops, shopping stops, restaurant visits, guided commentary, detours, and destination changes are not included unless approved in advance.

Upon arrival, the driver will drop guests off at the confirmed hotel, accommodation, or the nearest location where stopping is legally and safely permitted.

Before leaving the vehicle, guests should carefully check all luggage, passports, phones, wallets, and other personal belongings.

Luggage capacity is as follows: A fully occupied 6-seater Alphard can accommodate four 28-inch suitcases; a 9-seater Hiace can hold 10 pieces of luggage; a 14-seater Hiace can hold 6 pieces when carrying 10 to 11 passengers, but only carry-on luggage if fully occupied with 13 passengers; an 18-seater Coaster can hold 15 pieces; and a 44-seater coach can hold 45 pieces.

A special cancellation policy applies to 18-seat Coaster minibuses and 44-seat coaches. Cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.

Overtime fees will be charged for exceeding the free waiting time, the charter service duration, or for any last-minute requests by guests to extend the tour. The fee is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with 14 seats or fewer, and JPY 10,000 per hour for 18-seat Coaster vans and 44-seat buses.
