This is a direct transfer only. Sightseeing, shopping, meal stops, and return transportation are not included unless confirmed separately in advance.

Meeting and pickup
Please provide the lead traveler’s full name, flight number, scheduled arrival time, exact Niseko drop-off address, accommodation name, passenger count, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.
For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight when a valid flight number is provided. Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time, not the scheduled arrival time.
The meeting point, driver contact details, vehicle information, and airport pickup instructions may be provided before the service date. Depending on airport operating conditions, the driver will meet guests in the arrival area with a name sign or provide instructions for a designated meeting point.

This service provides a one-way private transfer from New Chitose Airport to a confirmed accommodation within the designated Niseko service area. Please provide the exact hotel, chalet, apartment, or resort address. Drop-off outside the standard service area may require an additional fee or separate quotation.
Vehicle arrangements are based on the passenger and luggage details provided after booking. Ski bags, snowboards, golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs, and other oversized items must be declared in advance and may reduce the number of standard suitcases that can be carried. If the selected vehicle cannot accommodate the final passenger or luggage quantity, a vehicle upgrade or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost and is subject to availability.
After the included waiting period, additional waiting is subject to driver availability. The overtime fee is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with up to 14 seats and JPY 10,000 per hour for 18-seat and 44-seat vehicles.
Pickups between 22:00 and 07:00 incur an additional night-service fee of JPY 2,000.
Travel time may vary significantly due to traffic, snowfall, icy roads, road closures, accidents, weather, or other winter conditions. The route may be adjusted when necessary for safety.
For 18-seat and 44-seat vehicles, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable. Other vehicle types follow the standard cancellation policy.
One baby/child seat is available free of charge when requested in advance. Additional child seats cost JPY 2,000 each.

A short restroom break may be possible when road and traffic conditions permit. Sightseeing, shopping, meal stops, and route changes are not included unless arranged and confirmed in advance.
The driver will drop you off as close as legally and safely possible to your confirmed hotel, chalet, apartment, or resort entrance.
