What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please provide the lead traveler’s full name, flight number, arrival date, actual passenger number, luggage quantity, Furano drop-off address, accommodation name, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.
For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight when the correct flight number is provided. Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time, not the scheduled arrival time.
The meeting point, driver information, vehicle details, and pickup instructions may be sent before the service date. Depending on airport operating arrangements, the driver will meet guests in the arrival area with a name sign or provide instructions for a designated meeting point.
Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable after landing.
Vehicle arrangements are based on the passenger and luggage details provided after booking. Skis, snowboards, golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs, and other oversized items must be declared in advance. Please provide the quantity and approximate dimensions of all nonstandard luggage.
Additional waiting fees apply after the included waiting period:
Vehicles for up to 9 guests: JPY 5,000 per hour
18-seat vehicles and 44-seat buses: JPY 10,000 per hour
For pickups scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a late-night service fee of JPY 2,000 applies. This fee is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash to the driver on the service day.
For 18-seater Coasters and 44-seater buses, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.Other vehicle types and regular products follow the general cancellation policy, under which cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.
Pickup arrangements may be adjusted when stopping or parking is restricted by airport regulations, traffic management, snow accumulation, or local safety requirements. These pickup, waiting-time, and surcharge rules follow the supplied transportation module.
What to expect
If required information is missing or the selected vehicle may not be suitable for the reported luggage, the supplier may contact the lead traveler before the service date.
Before pickup, the driver or supplier may provide the airport meeting location, driver contact details, vehicle information, and pickup instructions.
On the service day, the driver will monitor the flight when a valid flight number has been provided.
After landing, guests should complete the required arrival procedures, collect all luggage, and proceed to the confirmed meeting point.
The driver will meet the group according to the provided instructions. Before boarding, guests should confirm the destination, passenger number, and luggage quantity with the driver.
Guests will then travel directly by private vehicle from Asahikawa Airport to their confirmed ski resort, hotel, apartment, or accommodation in the Furano service area.
A short restroom break may be requested when traffic, weather, parking, and road conditions permit. Sightseeing visits, shopping stops, meal stops, and route changes are not included unless confirmed separately in advance.
Upon arrival, the driver will drop guests off as close as legally and safely possible to the confirmed accommodation entrance.
Approximately 15 minutes is allocated for drop-off and luggage unloading.
Before leaving the vehicle, guests should check all suitcases, ski equipment, passports, electronic devices, valuables, and personal belongings.
