Join us for a classic Alaskan Adventure, a trip to watch the bear's of Pack Creek! Our trips depart Juneau with Ward Air and enjoy a 25 minute flight to Pack Creek on Admiralty Island. Your experienced local guide will host you at the wildlife sanctuary, sharing local history, indigenous culture, and of course information about the bears and other wildlife. After that we will be treated to another breathtaking flight over the Tongass National Forest as we fly back to Juneau. All of our trips are Carbon-Negative and include your permits, lunch, and air and land transportation. Private and custom tours are available!
If you are disembarking a ship at one of Juneau's Cruise Terminals, or staying at a downtown hotel, we ask that you make the short walk to the "Elizabeth Peratrovich Plaza". See the map link on the ticket/ voucher. This is the official loading zone for our size of vehicle and is on the waterfront in the middle of the port area. The multi-story parking garage on the waterfront with the Juneau Library on top is on one end of the Plaza and it and the mural of Elizabeth Peratrovich can be seen from around the port. If you are on a ship arriving at the AJ Dock less than 30 minutes prior to the depart time, or you are staying in a hotel outside of downtown, please contact us directly.
You can meet us at Ward Air's Office- 8991 Yandukin Dr #100, Juneau, AK 99801
Our 5.5 hour tour includes a 25 minute flight to Pack Creek, and then at least 3 hours at the wildlife sanctuary. Here we will watch bears forage and interact only feet from the viewing area!
