Begin in Azemmour, a peaceful riverside town with deep spiritual roots. Explore its Portuguese citadel, former Jewish quarter, and Synagogue Amiel, associated with a Hebrew sermon by Sir Moses Montefiore.
Continue to UNESCO-listed El Jadida, formerly Mazagan, to visit the Portuguese fortress, historic Jewish quarter, and Atlantic-facing ramparts. End in Oualidia, known for its tranquil lagoon, birdlife, and fresh oysters. Relax by the beach and enjoy an optional seafood lunch.
